Enclave residents can now enjoy a streamlined and efficient submission process. Applicants can now submit a request from either a computer, mobile phone, or tablet. Once an applicant completes filling in the required information, the application then displays a "pre-filled" PDF form. This provides the applicant a final opportunity to review and confirm their information before submission. The bottom of the form displays a "paperclip" icon which when clicked, permits the uploading of one or more attachments with the request.
IMPORTANT: ARC applications received unsigned, undated, or missing required attachments (e.g., a copy of their lot survey, legible project drawings, roofing tile or window specifictions, etc.), will be rejected and marked VOID in our Docusign system. Affected applicants will be notified via email and directed to correct any identified deficiencies related to their requests, before resubmitting a replacement ARC application.
ARC application form opens after the applicant clicks the related image above.

Applicant clicks "Next" button and a linear Docusign form initially displays, showing all information entered by applicant.
Applicant clicks "Next" button and a "Summary" page displays, allowing applicant to review previously entered information, go back to make changes, or finish their submission later.
Clicking "Next" displays a "Review and continue" popup. Clicking "Continue" displays a completed (and as yet unsigned) ARC application form, allowing applicant to review previously entered information, make any needed changes, add attachments, finish their submission later, or sign and submit their completed application.
NOTE: Selecting "Decline to Sign" from the "Other Options" drop down menu immediately triggers the following:
Confirm Understanding: Acknowledge that declining to sign will void the envelope for all recipients.
Provide a Reason: Enter a reason for your decline, which will be sent to the envelope sender and recorded in the envelope history.
Complete the Process: Click on Decline to Sign to finalize your decision. Declining to sign prevents all recipients from signing the envelope.
