MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Board of Directors of The Villages at Pine Tree HOA, Inc., is to preserve and enhance the property values in our community, by maintaining the common ground areas and upholding our Covenants, Bylaws, Deed Restrictions and Policies. The Board will serve the community by taking a fair, ethical, fiscally responsible, and objective approach in representing the interests of all homeowners. The Enclave will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for all residents and their respective families. 

Per Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes, the Florida Homeowners' Association Act, the “governing documents” of our community include the Declaration of Covenants, the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations.
