Landscaping Plant Giveaway: August 24 and 25

As part of our upcoming Palmer Phase II landscaping improvements, the existing plantings at the subdivision entrances in front of the monuments will be removed on Monday, August 24, weather permitting.

Rather than simply disposing of the removed plants, we are giving residents an opportunity to take any of the plants they may want for their own properties.

🌿 When: August 24 and August 25
🌿 Where: The entrance monument landscaping areas
🌿 Cost: Free to residents
🌿 Availability: First come, first served

The plants will be left in the area for these two days. Please be aware that, after being removed and sitting for a couple of days, some plants may not be in suitable condition for replanting.

The HOA cannot guarantee the condition or survivability of any plant, and residents taking plants are responsible for removing and transporting them.

If you see something you'd like, you're welcome to take it during the two-day window.

We hope some of the existing plants can find a new home while we make way for the community's new entrance landscaping!
